Having recognised a neglect of my own physical condition, I became involved in fitness in my late twenties. This quickly led to a change in my career, having previously spent time in the automotive business and financial services. Since this change, I have not looked back, and am committed to passing on my experience and enthusiasm for health & well-being to others.

I'm known for my motivational style and methodical approach to exercise programming, which ensure my clients not only get the results they desire, but enjoy every step of the journey too (just read what they have to say). By keeping up with the latest research, I ensure the best training methods filter into the programmes I deliver, whilst ensuring benefit is always weighed up against risk.

For over 20 years, I've followed my own exercise routine 6 days a week, and being in my late 40's now, live by the mantra: "if you don't use it, you lose it". My enthusiasm toward my own fitness plays a big part in the motivation of my clients and colleagues.

Outside of fitness, I'm a keen motorcyclist, wannabe photographer (although no David Bailey yet), and travel enthusiast. I moved to Devizes, Wiltshire in Feb 2017, having lived and worked in Malta since 2012.
