Byron Holder-Mallet - Personal Trainer

At the age of 49 I realised that I needed to lose weight and get fit, so I decided to take action and joined Slimming World, and once that goal was achieved, through recommendation, I met up with Dylan Worthington Personal Trainer at Studio 10 in Devizes to discuss my next stage of fitness development. I wanted to concentrate on becoming fitter, stronger and build muscle, while keeping off the weight, and that’s exactly what Dylan provided through his training programme.

During this journey I became interested myself in learning more about how to become a Personal Trainer, so that I could assist clients like me, who are over 50, to achieve their fitness goals and ambitions. I started my training in January 2022 and became a Level 2 Fitness Instructor in May of that year. I then qualified in March 2023 as a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Within my own training, I love the feeling of training day by day, week by week and month by month to finally achieve the goal I have been working so hard for.

I want my clients to feel the same drive as I feel to achieve their goals when training with me.

Kevin Cole - Personal Trainer

I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer in January 2023. My journey into fitness started about 10 years ago after unexpectedly losing a close family member at a young age. This motivated me to start looking after my general health and to start getting myself into shape. I started running shortly after this and soon became hooked on the sport. I wanted to learn more about the different techniques and types of training needed to become a better athlete, so I trained to become (LiRF) Leader in Running Fitness and subsequently trained to be a UKA run coach (CiRF) Coach In Running Fitness

I often ask myself what would the 53 year old Kevin look like and feel like now if he hadn't found that trigger into fitness ten or so years ago? Very different I would imagine as I did next to no exercise whatsoever! I want to help people like me who are starting out on their fitness journey, just a bit later in life!
