If you’ve tried to go it alone and failed, or are just lost in the maze of fad diets and workout plans, then our personal coaching might be right for you!

We are not regular gym personal trainers - we are much more: We have a team of experienced, well qualified fitness coaches, a dedicated clinical nutritionist, and our own massage and rehabilitation practitioner. Your lifestyle programme is built around you and your goals, and we can combine all three elements to make real change; it’s not just another ‘workout’! We’ll provide the direction, the motivation, and the accountability of regular face-to-face or online appointments; all we ask of you is to attend your sessions, and have faith in what you can achieve.

I have just completed a 12 week group training programme with Abi and Dylan, following a particularly sedentary period in my life. My objectives were to lose weight, increase fitness levels and tone up my lower body – all have been fully achieved.

Fully equipped private studios in Devizes offer a private, non-intimidating, mirror-free space to train. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-ventillated. Sessions can be private 1-to-1, couples or small groups of 3 or 4.

And it doesn’t stop when you leave the studio: We want your new lifestyle to endure, and not just be a temporary fix. So we work with our clients to build a successful coaching partnership that encourages a long-lasting change.


Clients often come to us wanting to lose weight or get fitter, but they all leave with so much more: improved self-confidence, a more positive outlook, greater energy, better posture, lower blood pressure, less pain - the list is endless. In fact, the potential benefits of physical activity to health are so huge, that the Chief Medical Officer for England reported that: "if a medication existed which had a similar effect, it would be regarded as a 'wonder drug' or 'miracle cure'" (CMO England Report 2009).

When working with us you'll have an expert by your side to ensure everything you do is safe and effective. Your tailored programme will fit around you, your likes, dislikes and limitations. Exercise, lifestyle and nutritional factors are all considered and regularly reviewed, ensuring that you're always progressing at an optimal rate. Our personal coaching will provide a level of motivation that you are unlikely to achieve on your own, or with a training partner; as a result, you'll get much more out of every session.

We offer coaching across North and Central Wiltshire. We can train you in your own home, at work, outdoors, or from our Personal Training studio, just on the outskirts of Devizes. The studio offers a non-intimidating, clean, well ventillated and mirror-free space to train.

Personal coaching can be conducted 1-to-1, in couples or as a small group of 3 or 4. Consultations are free, and whether you start with us or not, are a great way to learn more about your current health & fitness, and the opportunities for change.
