Motivated to train on your own, but unsure where to start? Bored with your gym programme?
Big gyms normally offer an induction, but without a tailored programme, members often lose motivation as the results don’t materialise. Our 6-week Gym Buddy or Gym Buddy Plus plans are ideal for those who are motivated to train on their own, but could benefit from some professional coaching to start them on the right track, or to refresh a stale gym programme. The plans include first class one-to-one private coaching, nutritional guidance and meal plans by our own specialist (Gym Buddy Plus), tailored to meet your training goals. You’ll leave the course with a bespoke training programme and coaching videos of you performing each exercise. You’re then ready to practice your custom routine in your own gym or at home, with the option to refresh every 6 weeks with us.

The Gym Buddy Programme is priced at £259 and includes:
30 Minute Consultation and Goal Setting. Health, lifestyle, previous injuries etc. are discussed and factored into your programme design.
6 x 60-Minute Personal Training Sessions at our studio to teach you perfect form, and to set the right starting level for you..
A tailored exercise plan, with video of you being coached through each stage of the programme, edited with instructional notes and tips so you’ll never forget how to do an exercise again.
Gym Buddy Plus is priced at £395 and includes all of the above, plus
4 x face-to-face nutritional consultations
Weekly meal plan based around your lifestyle, health/sporting goals, and time commitments.
